A few short years ago I was living on autopilot, lonely, bitter and disconnected. I was feeling resentful in my relationships, overwhelmed as a parent, and struggling with pain and fatigue. Since committing to my Self-Prioritizing Practice (which I will teach you in this program), my life has transformed. I have built a conscious, loving partnership, created trust and respect with my teen daughters, and reclaimed my energy and zest for life. I can't wait to lead you on this path to freedom!
